About us

Dr. Sanusi taught Fiqh, Principles of Fiqh, Tafsir, Hadith, Arabic Grammar etc at the famous Daru ddawat, Isolo (founded by Sheikh Zuglool) for over 6 years before proceeding to further his studies in Saudi Arabia where he stayed for over 8 years studying.

Dr. Sanusi was widely travelled to attend conferences and present papers. Though he specialised in Islamic Jurisprudence (fiqh), he had deep interest in Interfaith Dialogue, Islam in Modern World, Religion and Science.

Dr. Sanusi earned several scholarships and prizes during his student days and attended several training programmes. He was also a member of many learned and professional societies. He was a member of National Association of Religious Scholars (NARES); Member, National Association for the Study of Religions and Education (NASRED); Member, Nigerian Association of Teachers of Arabic and Islamic Studies (NATAIS).
